Callaway Ladies Big Bertha Irons Callaways new Big Bertha irons have been designed so that hard to hit long irons are a thing of the past. Using new technologies the long irons in the Big Bertha irons are now what you call i-brids. These i-brids bled the consistency or an iron with the forgiveness of a hybrid. The weighting of these i-brids creates a low centre of gravity which helps get the ball in the air quicker and easier. The wide sole helps with turf interaction and ball striking. The mid to short irons are designed for ultimate forgiveness with increased offset which provide a greater more effective hitting area with a constant wide sole to help with ball striking. Extreme notch weighting allows Callaway engineers to redistribute more weight to the extreme perimeter which creates a higher moment of inertia for outstanding forgiveness and ultimate stability on miss hits. Mack Daddy grooves have been ground into selected 56 – 64 degree wedges which give tour-level spin trajectory and distance control. There is a C-Grind option on some of the modles which is a popular gring on tour. this grind reveiles the heel toe and trailling edge resulting in a C shape on the sole. The sape provides a more versatility on a variety of shots around the green which enables you to lay open the face and still keep the leading edge down. CALLAWAY Big Bertha Ladies Driver The Callaway ladies Big Bertha driver has been designed much like the Big Bertha 460 but with some differences. The all titanium head is slightly smaller at 440cc. The smaller head reduces reduces the overall weight which can increase swing speeds and produce greater distance potential for women with slow ot moderate swing speeds. The internal weighting are set up for a draw bias and the head sits 2° closed helping agaisnt a slice and helping to product greater distance.
