The Open 2019: Follow TV, radio and online coverage on the BBC

Follow the 148th Open Championship at Royal Portrush across BBC TV, radio and online from 18-21 July.

BBC Radio 5 Live has live commentary of each round as the championship returns to Northern Ireland for the first time since 1951.

Catch-up on the day’s big talking points with a two-hour highlights programme on BBC Two and the BBC iPlayer from 20:00 BST.

The BBC Sport website and mobile app will also bring extensive coverage of the final major of the season through live text commentary, video highlights and in-play clips.

Tickets for the event were sold in record time, with 43,750 spectators expected to descend upon the Dunluce links on each of the four championship days.
