Titleist 909D2 Driver The titleist 909D2 driver is one of the best looking drivers on the market. It has Titleist's traditional pear shape profile with a 460cc volume head made solely from titanium. The 909D2 offers golfers a mid launch with low to mid spin. Low to mid spin is created by Titleist engineers placing the centre of gravity low and deep into the head which also increases the moment of inertia to deliver longer and straighter drives. The old tru-bore shaft system found in Titleist driver's is no more. An intergrated titanium blind bore hossel design frees un-needed weight in that area enhances feel and allows for more custom shaft options. The 909D2 driver is fitted with the Aldila VooDoo shaft which is designed to give a low-mid ball flight.
